- 12 little potatoes
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ pepper
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Clean potatoes and remove any eyes or potato blemishes
- Mix potatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl
- On a baking sheet with edges or 13×9 baking pan spread out ingredients from bowl. If you like you can put parchment paper on baking sheet to eliminate sticking potatoes or grease the pan
- Bake for 30 minutes until tender
- Serve while warm
