Sprinkle top of banana mixture with cinnamon sugar
Bake at 350 degrees for approximate 50-55 minutes or until tested with toothpick comes out clean
Cool in pan for 5-10 minutes then run a butter knife around edges, gently tip pan to remove banana dessert
Let banana dessert cool on wire rack for 20 minutes before slicing

Tips for Perfecting Banana Bread
This recipe can easily modified by what you have available in your pantry
If you don’t have almond flour use 1 ½ cup regular flour
Fold in approximately ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans if you prefer a banana nut bread
Replace olive oil with any liquid cooking oil you like
If you want a citrus flavor for your Banana Bread add 1 tsp grated lemon or orange to the dry mixture
It is easier to slice the Banana Bread the day after you make it
Over ripe bananas make the sweetest Banana Bread and a great way to use leftover bananas
For a more spice flavor, sprinkle the top of Banana Bread with ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice mixed with ⅛ cup sugar prior to baking
If you want to make a banana cinnamon swirl bread – simple mix ⅓ cup sugar with 1 TBSP cinnamon in a bowl. Then when filling the loaf pan with banana mixture, fill it half way, sprinkle cinnamon sugar then fill loaf pan with remaining Banana Bread mixture. Bake and cool like regular Banana Bread, however be careful removing Banana Bread from loaf pan.
For a rum infused banana dessert reduce oil to ⅛ cup and and add ⅛ cup rum
For a chocolate chip banana loaf simply fold in ½ cup chocolate chips to the batter and bake like regular Banana Bread. This will stick more to the loaf pan. Gently remove after chocolate chip banana loaf is cooled
