Sprinkle seasonings on the outside of turkey on top of olive oil
Put a meat thermometer into turkey breast
Roast at 325 degrees for about 2 hours
Add water – about 1 cup to bottom of roasting pan about every hour
Reduce oven to 275 degrees until turkey is done based upon the thermometer indicator for turkey/chicken/poultry (this will depend on size of turkey breast)
Take turkey out of oven and let it rest 15 minutes before slicing.
